  - Desmetramadol [O-DSMT]
Test Strips:
  - Fentanyl not detected
Analyst Notes: This sample was found to contain about three quarters 3-HO-PCE, and about one quarter O-DSMT (desmetramadol). There was no evidence of methoxpropamine in this sample. 3-HO-PCE is a novel synthetic dissociative. O-DSMT is an opioid analgesic, the main metabolite of tramadol.
